Private Training
Each session is fully tailored to your body and your goals, whether you’re focusing on strength, posture, mobility, injury recovery, or specialized support such as pregnancy or postpartum. My approach is both challenging and intentional, designed to push you while delivering real, visible results. I focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and creating length, so your body not only looks different, but moves and feels better. Sessions take place in a private Beverly Hills studio using a full suite of Merrithew equipment, including the reformer, tower, and chair, with the option to incorporate jumpboard for cardio.
